Internships and Research

The BS in Medical Imaging at LGU emphasizes an integrated approach to training, providing in-depth instruction across all imaging modalities—including radiography, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and functional imaging—through courses that reflect the latest scientific, technological, and clinical advancements, ensuring students are proficient in using state-of-the-art equipment. We develop technical skills necessary for the accurate and efficient acquisition and interpretation of high-quality diagnostic images while instilling strong ethical principles such as confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to professional standards.

In addition, our curriculum offers hands-on experience through internships and clinical rotations in hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare settings, enabling students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
