Congratulations LGU Graduates
The Lebanese German University is pleased to congratulate our graduate students on being awarded scholarships and certificates at Kassel University – Germany. LGU prides itself on delivering a first-rate education that opens up opportunities for our students to work alongside globally recognized authors, researchers, and industry experts.
A common project led by Dr. Roy Abi Zeid Daou (Head of Biomedical Technologies department) and Prof. Dr. Boercsok opened up opportunities for LGU students to participate in workshops and Master programs:
Christian Geagea was granted an Erasmus+ scholarship and was admitted in the FUSE (Functional Safety Engineering) master’s program at Kassel University. He attended the spring semester courses that lasted 5 months and is currently working on FPGAs safety system implementation as well as safety system architecture.
Carla Zeine and Hiba Zeidan, two students from the Department of Biomedical Technologies visited the FUSE department (Functional Safety Engineering) at the University of Kassel in Germany between 9 and 18 August to participate in an FPGA and VHDL program taking into consideration safety norms. The students were part of an Erasmus+ program supervised by Prof. Dr Ing. Habil Josef Boercsok and were awarded a Certificate of Training.
