Awareness Campaign Ghalboun
LGU Campus Lions Club, in collaboration with the Department of Nutrition, organized an awareness campaign aimed at screening diabetes symptoms and testing triglyceride at Ghalboun on May 12, 2013. Members of the Club offered to do free blood tests for people of all ages before referring them to graduated or senior students in the Nutrition Department for counsel that would help them prevent such diseases or, in the case of severe cases, acquire healthy nutritional habits in order to lower their glucose or triglyceride levels.
